Hospitality & Logistics for DCVMN (Developing Countries Vaccine Manufactures Network) for Serum Institute. The delegates arrived from every developing countries across the world into Pune for the 3 day conference where the hospitality, logistics & registration were managed by our team flawlessly.
DCVMN is a voluntarily public health driven alliance who hosted the delegates from Developing countries for their AGM and discussion about the upcoming work on vaccines. We were delighted to be a small part of such an initiative.
Guest Management at A Fundraiser by Anita Dongre co-hosted by Princess Gauravi Kumari
A fashion fundraiser show co-hosted by Princess Gauravi debuted against the historic backdrop of the City Palace of Jaipur. This initiative led by The Anita Dongre Foundation inspired society to come together and amplify efforts to preserve planet’s extraordinary wildlife and pristine habitats.
The fundraiser was attended by the His Highness of Jaipur Pacho along with the royal family, Bollywood celebrities such as Madhuri Dixit, Bhumi Pednekar, Maushri Chillar, Sara Tendulkar with mom Anjali Tendulkar to name a few.

60Seconds started with RSVP of Prajay Prafull Patel & Shivika Shirish Poonglia wedding hosted at the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai and post wedding celebrations in Jaipur which lasted for almost 5 days.
From airport pick-ups, Hotel check-ins everything was in terms of Guest Management was managed by Team 60Seconds.
Almost 80 charters were received at the Jaipur airport in the span of 5 days with all the VVIP’s including Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, MS Dhoni, Jaya Bacchan and many biz tycoons Naveen Jindal, Sajjan Jindal to name a few also adding many politicians to the wedding ceremony.

The total of 1200 participants including influencers, press media, YouTubers were spotted at the show from Anuv Jain, Nimrat Khaira, Dolly Singh, Leeza Mangaldas to name a few.

The annual award ceremony for Bollywood produced by Wizcraft International Entertainment.
We were glad to be a part of the VVIP movement for IIFA 2022 hosted at the Yas Island, AbuDhabi.
Celebrities from Ananya Pandey, Sara Ali Khan, Farah Khan, Salman Khan and many more were spotted at the largest Bollywood festival we call IIFA.

11th & 12th December, our team managed to take care of hospitality & logistics at not just one but two hotels in Mumbai with just a team of four lead by our director Ms. Shreya Mistry.
Right from receiving the guests, check them in and handling their logistics between venues was so swift and flawless that the family didn’t have to feel the hassle. The best part was that none of the guests had to wait for even a second, all the cars were kept ready for transit and as soon as the guest or the family has to step out, there would always be our team to guide them to the car and it seemed completely effortless.
